Mr Eric SCALABRIN is a
Doctor of Law, with a Master’s Degree in Judicial Careers.
His main activity is Criminal Law, so he mostly pleads in Criminal Courts but also in Correctional Courts.
Furthermore, he offers an extra expertise in
Business Criminal Law with an extensive knowledge in forensic analysis for financial, accounting or tax issues as he also graduated with two more Master’s Degrees:
- A postgraduate Degree (DEA) in Economic Law and Business Law.
- A Higher Specialised Studies Diploma (DESS) in International Wealth Management and Bank Techniques.
He also works as a consultant and takes a major part in complex and specific procedures dealing with invalidity actions, extraditions, international arrest warrants, and people appearing on the Interpol wanted list or under a red notice issued by Interpol.

He was a member of the Criminal Law Coordination for 4 years, between 2016 and 2020.
